Enrollment and Classes
- Free trial classes are offered subject to tutor availability and are limited to new students.
- Class schedules are arranged directly with your assigned tutor and may be rescheduled with reasonable notice.
- Payment for ongoing classes is due in accordance with the plan selected at enrollment.
Third-Party Links
Our service may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of the Company for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid through the service, or 100 USD if you have not purchased anything through the service. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Governing Law
The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these terms and your use of the service.
Disputes Resolution
If you have any concern or dispute about the service, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
